Business English Coach
We are seeking a talented, committed business English coach to complement our team of educators. You will be responsible for facilitating professional clients through Uptick’s business English curriculum in one-on-one format over Zoom, while helping them improve on their pain points and develop their confidence.
The ideal candidate is not only passionate about helping people improve, but also exhibits excellent English skills, reliability, self-discipline, and professionalism. We expect our coaches to create a relationship of mutual trust, proving that they have the ability to follow through and communicate effectively.
It’s our mission to provide our clients with the ultimate service to further their learning and development, and help them achieve results. Our clients hold a wide range of professional positions from C-level executives to developers, HR, and product managers.
Uptick is a modern business English program geared toward tech professionals who wish to confidently express themselves and level-up their overall fluency.
Our curriculum is specifically designed to help people overcome their barriers by strengthening their speech, pronunciation, accent, vocabulary, grammar, and fluency. It’s also consistently updated to reflect the information we use today and based upon common obstacles to overcome.
Uptick operates with the WFH approach – all lessons are conducted over Zoom. Competitive compensation is provided for teaching hours, meetings, and referrals (to be discussed in the interview).
